On your iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Brezi > Cancel Subscription. Or in Brezi: Settings > Manage subscription. To avoid any charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the year ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

In Brezi: Settings > Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. With Family Sharing, family members can restore it too.

Lifetime does not cancel the annual trial by itself. Cancel the subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions so it does not renew.

• Timer: check the timer. Choose “Off: plays until you say stop” if you want it to keep going.
• AirPods: AirPods Pro 2, AirPods Pro 3 and AirPods 4 can pause media when they detect you fell asleep. Turn it off in Settings > [your AirPods] > Pause Media When Falling Asleep, or play through the speaker.
• Another app: if another app starts playing, iOS stops Brezi. Turn on Settings > Play along with other apps in Brezi to share the sound.
• Phone calls: Brezi picks up again after a call. If it doesn't, press play on the lock screen.
• Battery: keep the phone charging overnight.

Brezi is not a medical device; if you have concerns, talk to your pediatrician.

Yes. Every sound is inside the app, and Brezi keeps playing with the screen locked.
